My name is Dr. Clara Barnett and I recently completed the 30-day elimination of positive foods based on the Immuno Bloodpint food allergy test.
My Immuno Bloodprint results shed light on positive foods that I would not have suspected, in particular, the various beans and vegetables. Some of the foods such as brewer’s yeast and cheese confirmed my earlier suspicions. Overall, the biggest improvement I noticed after eliminating these foods for thirty days was the absence of the “hang-over” effect I often experienced from foods – sluggishness in the morning, puffy eyes, headaches and myalgia.
I have always heard good things about ImmunoLabs from other colleagues. For the most part, I have had good success with patient results. I will continue to recommend these tests to my patients and colleagues.

As a naturopathic physician, I have run the Immuno Laboratories’ IgG Food Antibody Assessment on many of my patients. Three months ago, I decided to run the test on myself. I have suffered from headaches for most of my life. I have tried several treatments with no success, so I was eager to try a new approach. The test results showed that I was allergic to over 20 foods, including almost every grain. I eliminated the foods that were on my list, especially focusing on the 2+, 3+, and 4+ foods. Within the first week I noticed a difference. As the weeks went on, the headaches became fewer and fewer. At the end of 8 weeks, I realized that I had gone 3 entire weeks without a headache. I’m just thrilled with the outcome.
The Immuno Laboratories test was very beneficial to me and it has helped so many of my patients.

I ordered the Immuno Bloodprint and Candida albicans Immunoassay. It was very interesting to learn of my reactive foods and valuable to discover I was positive for Candida albicans. The informational and education materials presented, including the symptom progress charts, dietary recommendations and rotating diet guidelines were extremely helpful.
Avoidance of the foods determined reactive for me in the Immuno Bloodpring as well as the adherence to the Candida information provided incredible beneficial to my overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I noticed an improvement not only in a reduction in migraines and PMS symptoms but general improvement in gastrointestinal function which had been a chronic problem.
Thank you for your efforts in putting out a highly reliable test that includes such outstanding supporting educational material!

After the Immuno Bloodprint test, I have noticed my energy and activity levels have greatly improved. I was experiencing fatigue and drowsiness to the point that I was turning down activities that I would have normally enjoyed and participated. The headaches I would have to deal with 3-4 times a week are gone, and finally, I’m sleeping better and more restfully.
Your Immuno Health Guide is easy to follow and very informative.
I would recommend the Immuno Bloodprint testing to anyone, who can not quite, put their finger on why they are not feeling in the peak of health.

I had my blood tested by Immuno Labs for Immuno Bloodprint and was surprised to find out that four items I have been eating in rather large quantities over the past several months were on my Reactive Test Results. I had been eating these due to being on a low carbohydrate diet for several months.
I have several allergies due to pollen and couldn’t figure out why my allergy symptoms had become increasingly worse over the past few months. Once I stopped these four foods, which included mild cheese, eggs and chocolate, my symptoms of rhinitis, sneezing, and sinus congestions decreased.

I took the Immuno Bloodprint test and I was quite surprised at the foods I tested reactive, because they were currently part of my diet, and favorite foods. I was a bit hesitant at having to eliminate them from my diet - especially the yeast- both baker’s and brewer’s.
I did not begin to feel any improvements in terms of my symptoms until I was well within my second week of the elimination process. At that point I made significant gain in the areas of emotion, mind, energy, and joint and muscle pains. I was greatly surprised and enthused to continue as I had suffered much in these areas. The information you provided as support was encouraging. With statements like … “Take this adventure one day at a time,” I was able to stick to your frame work and have success in all three steps (elimination, adherence, and reintroduction). I especially appreciated the food plan in guiding me through possibilities for the day’s meals.
One of the greatest successes has been my increased energy level. I am now able to travel more frequently without experiencing the lag of making the transition.

As a physician I have always taken pride in my health. However, throughout my education as both a naturopathic physician and a chiropractor I suffered with chronic headaches and hypoglycemia despite my very healthy lifestyle. I attempted to find answers within my fields of expertise and finally was tested for allergies. Much to my dismay, my allergy profile (lgG/ELISA) returned only sensitivity to eggs and sesame. I was certain that there were other foods, which negatively affected my health.
Later, after being exposed to Immuno Laboratories I discovered that the lab (one which is highly respected in the field of integrative medicine) testing was incomplete, it only tested for one subclass of IgG antibodies and there were a total of four. I was tested by Immuno Laboratories and found that I was sensitive to 28 foods. After eliminating those foods I have not had any headaches, my energy and endurance improved, and I lost five pounds. I never thought I could feel so good.
It has allowed me to use personal and family experiences in convincing my patients of the importance of this type of testing. Now, I recommend both tests and know that my success has heightened dramatically in addressing not only GI complaints, but systemic problems as well.
Thank you Immuno Laboratories for doing such comprehensive work.

My thoughts about the Immuno Bloodprint test for Food Sensitivity are as follows: I was not surprised about three Items on the list of allergens: dairy, wheat and bananas. I was surprised about the others: almonds, pinto beans, eggs, and yeast. I was able to eliminate all of the items for 30 days and keep a record of my diet.
Within 7 to 10 days I noticed I felt more energy, less sluggish, and more focused. The allergy symptoms took a long time to reduce. After about three weeks I could see a difference in the skin rashes, digestion and sinus congestion. I did lose weight during that time, but I don’t know how much my clothes were feeling looser and I didn’t feel bloated. My elimination was more regular and not constipated.
I developed a new way of eating during those 30 days that I continue to stick to, as I feel much better and healthier. It was helpful to me to learn that I can control my own health through diet. I can manage my allergies through food intake (or not) and thus I have the power over my own health.
Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this elimination diet.

I had wonderful results when I did my food allergy elimination diet. My test results came back reactive for 35 foods, more foods that any patient that I have seen so far. This clearly demonstrates the effects of stress on the digestive tract. Yet when I filled out the initial symptom checklist my numerical symptom total was 33.
In addition to the food elimination I also did Candida elimination strictly for 10 weeks. Since I was on such a limited diet I used the opportunity to do a detox I cleanse. The health benefits were many. I lost 15 lbs which was a combination of reduced calorie intake and eating pure simple food for 2 months. My energy was excellent.!!!
The first is that I believe it is a wonderful tool for patients to use to begin to understand the relationship between food and health. The second is the presentation of the lab results and the information booklet. The booklet is extremely informative with recipes and helpful tips to make the challenging process of doing the diet easier. The lmmuno Lab packet helps them to make the dietary changes they need to bring themselves back to a state of optimal health.
Yours in Good Health,

There is just nothing like feeling 6 months pregnant when you’re not even pregnant at all. Other things that I dealt with on a daily basis were bad gas, cravings, and blood in my stools. It was really challenging to take in a deep breath and I don’t even have asthma.
So, I went ahead and got tested for food allergens and sure enough the results were positive. I had allergies to 19 different foods and most of them were foods that I ate on a daily basis. After the findings I went on the diet as prescribed avoiding all of the foods that I was sensitive to and the results were immediate.
I lost 10 pounds in the first 3 weeks and after about a week the tightness in my chest went away and I could run for days (if l wanted to!). The gas issue was no longer an issue and the bloated feeling only happened when I accidentally ate something I was sensitive to-it somewhat acted like a mini alarm inside my body to stay away from that food. I was so happy with the results. I feel as if a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and a mighty roadblock in my healthy lifestyle has been removed.
